Jimenez is het meest bekend om zijn werk aan Tempest, The Invisibles, JLA\/Titans, New-X-Men, Wonder Woman, Infinite Crisis, Amazing Spider-Man, Otherworld en Wonder Woman: Historia, samen met auteur Kelly Sue DeConnick.<\/p>\n<p>Jimenez heeft ook gewerkt in film, televisie, animatie, traditionele gedrukte media. Hij heeft grootschalige artworks gecre\u00eberd voor openbare ruimtes, scholen en musea in New York en Chicago. Hij heeft lezingen gegeven aan universiteiten, musea en de Library of Congress over identiteit en diversiteit in de entertainmentindustrie en heeft jonge ontwerpers begeleid in het Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum. Als oud-student van de Out 100 wordt Jimenez beschouwd als de eerste openlijk homoseksuele kunstenaar in mainstream superheldenstrips en blijft hij een van de meest prominente queer-makers in de
