Lockers
During the upcoming edition, there will be several lockers available in three different sizes.
How does it work?
Below you can reserve a locker. One month before the event, you will receive your unique code for using the purchased locker. By reserving a locker in advance, you no longer have to stand in line. During the event, you have unlimited access to this locker. VIP ticket holders have access to a locker in the VIP Lounge.

What is the difference between a Early Bird, Regular or Last Minute Ticket?
During the Early Bird ticket sale you can purchase your Heroes Dutch Comic Con entrance ticket for a reduced price. Early bird tickets are only available for a certain period of time.
A Regular ticket is a ticket for the regular price.
The Last Minute tickets are the very last tickets available and are sold at a slightly higher price.

What is a Family ticket?
A Family ticket includes two regular adult tickets and two youth tickets (6 to 12 years) for a reduced price.
What is a VIP ticket?
For the biggest fans we are offering a VIP ticket. This ticket includes the following:
- Early entree (from 9 o’clock)
- Access to VIP lounge (including snacks and drinks)
- Goodiebag
- Reserved seats at the stages (front rows!)
- Fast lane for the photobooth (please note that a photobooth ticket is not included)
- Fast lane for the Guest Square
What is a Early Access + Fast Pass ticket?
For the ultimate fans who want to experience it all, we have an Early Access + Fast Pass ticket available. Your perks include: enter at 9:00 AM + Fast Lane Photobooth + Fast Lane Guest Area.
Do babies and children also have to buy entrance tickets?
Children from 0 till 5 years can enter the event for free, but do have to purchase a Kids ticket in the ticketshop.
Children from 6 till 12 years can buy a Youth ticket, which is a ticket for a reduced price especially for younger children.

Why can’t I buy a single kids or youth ticket?
Children must always be supervised by an adult with an Adult ticket (13+), therefore they cannot buy an ticket on their own.

How can I personalize my ticket?
Please contact the customer service of Paylogic, they will help you with personalizing your tickets.
I didn't receive my e-ticket in the mail?
For this edition we make use of sending out the tickets later in order to prevent resale and fraud. You will receive your ticket(s) 1 week before the event.
From what age can I go to Heroes Dutch Comic Con without parents?
You can go to Heroes Dutch Comic Con from the age of 13.
I have bought an online ticket, what now?
When you have purchased a ticket via paylogic, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. After this you will receive your tickets. Take these printed or on your phone to Heroes Dutch Comic Con. Your ticket will be scanned at the entrance.
I have bought a ticket, but I would like change the day. Is that possible?
That is possible untill 1 week before the show. Please contact Paylogic. In the last week (or if it’s sold out earlier) it is not possible to change your ticket.
I bought my ticket online, but I did not receive it / lost it. What should I do?

Can I also buy a ticket on-site on the day itself?
We advise buying your ticket in advance via our website, as our events often sell out online. On-site ticket sales are only possible if the event is not sold out in advance.
Is a photobooth ticket / gaming ticket also an admission ticket?
No, the photobooth ticket is only a ticket to take a photo with a Special Guest. You still have to purchase an entrance ticket.
Same for gaming tickets, these tickets are only to participate in the esports tournaments.

If you can’t find your ticket(s) or have lost the confirmation email containing your ticket(s), you can use this link to request that the confirmation email be resent.
How can I sell my ticket?
It is not possible to sell your tickets yet. When the late tickets are sold out you will be able to.

Why are there Mobile Only tickets
To combat black market sales, we are using Mobile Ticket Only for Heroes Dutch Comic Con. You can view and manage your order via the button in your confirmation email. Your QR code(s) will be made available here no later than 48 hours before the event. These QR code(s) are your ticket(s) to enter Jaarbeurs Utrecht.
