Monster hunter rise – RPG game for the Nintendo Switch

Just as the earlier games, the newest edition of the Monster Hunter Franchise promises to be hundreds of hours of fun. In this game, you will compete with the biggest and most diverse monsters. You can play alone or with all of your friends.

Monster Hunter Rise will be available from the 26th of March on the Nintendo Switch.

Monster Hunter Rise is an action RPG where your character will be in the colourful Kamura Village. This village attracts many visitors with its unique culture and hunting technology.  After putting on their armour and choosing from a variety of weapons, players can take off to all-new hunting grounds, including the ancient Shrine Ruins, the Flooded Forest and many more. 

Thanks to the new ‘’Wire bug’’- mechanism is it possible for the players to grab wires and go through the air, allowing them to reach cliff tops and other hard-to-reach places at lightning speed, as well as launching air raids.

All players get a new partner named Palamutes in the game. These are personalised ‘’Canyne’’- companions who give the players opportunities to attack while the ‘’Felyne’’ palico’s return as helpers who can heal other characters.

 

When progressing in the game, you will defeat various monsters. You could use the items from these defeated enemies to create new and unique weapons and armours. These armours will help you to go into battle with even larger monsters. Hunters can go into these missions alone or together with a maximum of four players online. Thanks to the flexibility of the Nintendo Switch systems, every monster Hunter can go hunting everywhere and with anyone.
