Calling all cosplayers! Want to showcase your craftsmanship, meet fellow fans, and be part of one of the biggest pop culture events in the Netherlands? This is your chance. Sign-ups for the Cosplay Village at HDCC are officially open!
We have space for only 12 selected cosplayers, and participation is completely free of charge.
The Cosplay Village is where creativity, fandom, and community come together. It’s the perfect place to connect with other fans, share your passion, and create unforgettable experiences for visitors.
What are we looking for?
At Heroes Dutch Comic Con, experience is everything. Your stand should offer more than just a display: it should entertain, inspire, and engage visitors.
Think live crafting demonstrations, impressive armor builds, interactive fan moments, or unique photo opportunities. Small commercial activities like selling prints or autographs are allowed, but the focus is on community and fan interaction—not large-scale selling.
What’s included?
Your free stand includes:
- 2 exhibitor tickets
- 1 table
- 2 chairs
- 1 tablecloth
Additional extras like electricity or a printed backdrop can be arranged at your own expense.
In return, we ask selected cosplayers to actively help promote the event through their social media channels and other platforms.

The more detailed your application, the better.
Please note: Registrations close on 1 May 2026 at 12:00 PM. All applicants will receive a response about their participation no later than 12 May 2026. Selection is based on your stand concept and entertainment value, not on follower count.
