Wat kun je verwachten?

Een Meet & Greet is een unieke kans om je favoriete acteur of actrice te ontmoeten en mee te praten. De sessie vindt plaats in een rustige, intieme ruimte, weg van de drukte. Meet & Greet-sessies zijn beperkt tot een zeer kleine groep, slechts 20 personen per sessie. De sessie duurt een half uur. Een professionele fotograaf maakt een groepsfoto die je na het evenement ontvangt. Grijp je kans om dichter bij je favoriete acteur te komen dan ooit tevoren.

Regels Meet & Greets

Het is niet toegestaan om tijdens de sessie foto's of selfies te maken of hierom te vragen. Het is niet toegestaan om om een handtekening te vragen. Het gebruik van mobiele telefoons is verboden tijdens de Meet & Greet. Een Meet & Greet-ticket is alleen geldig in combinatie met een geldig Heroes Dutch Comic Con-toegangsticket voor dezelfde dag.

Wees optijd aanwezig

Zorg ervoor dat je minstens 15 minuten voor het begin van de sessie aanwezig bent bij het informatiepunt op het evenement. Daar word je opgehaald om naar de M&G-ruimte te gaan. Er is een strak schema en je bent zelf verantwoordelijk om op tijd te zijn. Ben je te laat? Dan kun je niet meer naar binnen.

Goed om te weten

Alleen personen met een Meet & Greet-ticket krijgen toegang op de datum die op het ticket staat vermeld. De houder van dit ticket mag geen derden meenemen, ook geen kinderen. De Meet & Greet is niet restitueerbaar, tenzij de acteur of actrice zijn of haar deelname aan Heroes Dutch Comic Con annuleert. De Meet & Greet is strikt persoonlijk en kan niet worden doorverkocht. Toegangsbewijzen die zijn gekocht via andere sites dan Paylogic worden niet geaccepteerd. Dit ticket mag niet worden gebruikt voor commerciële en/of promotionele doeleinden zonder toestemming van de organisatie.

Grijp deze kans om jouw hero te ontmoeten

1. Bekijk het tijdschema wanneer jouw favoriete Special Guest Meet & Greets heeft.

2. Ga minstens 15 minuten voor het begin van de Meet & Greet naar de informatiebalie.

3. Je wordt naar de Meet & Greet-ruimte geleid.

4. Stel je held al je vragen.

5. Maak een groepsfoto met de gast en geniet de rest van je leven van deze unieke herinnering.
