It is the first time that the largest Comic Con in the Netherlands will take place in the summer. On June 24 and 25, the Jaarbeurs Utrecht will open its doors for a weekend completely devoted to pop culture. The seven halls are nearly overflowing with programs and exhibitors. This edition, you can enjoy the great weather outside, because a new part of the event will take place in the Outdoor Area. The additional 3,000 square meters allows visitors to do and enjoy even more.
A summer event calls for outdoor activities. For the first time, visitors of Heroes Dutch Comic Con can linger in the 3000m2 indoor garden of Jaarbeurs. The outdoor area is an addition to the other areas located inside the building, such as the Entertainment, Experience, and Activities Hall. There will at least be a food & beverage area where you can enjoy a snack and drink in the sun. With this addition, we want to capitalize on the summer element of this edition and expand the visitor experience even further.
A record number of major film studios and producers will also be present during the upcoming edition of Heroes Dutch Comic Con. Exhibitors in the Experience Hall include Disney+, Netflix, Paramount, Universal, FOX and Sky Showtime with an interactive experience surrounding their latest releases.
