Mr. K, a travelling magician, finds himself in a Kafkaesque nightmare when he can’t find the exit of the hotel he slept in. His attempts to get out only pull him deeper inside, entangling him further with the hotel and its curious inhabitants.
None other than Crispin Glover, known as Marty McFly’s father in BACK TO THE FUTURE, as well as roles in CHARLIE’S ANGELS and BEOWULF, delivers a stunning performance as Mr. K. The richly talented and international cast also includes Sunnyi Melles (TRIANGLE OF SADNESS), Barbara Sarafian, Fionnula Flanagan, Sam Louwyck, and Dutch actress Esmée van Kampen.
The journey of Mr. K, the second feature film by Tallulah H. Schwab, continues to triumph. After its world premiere in September at the Toronto International Film Festival, the film opened the 40th edition of the Imagine Fantastic Film Festival in October, where it won the Méliès d’Argent for Best European Fantastic Film.
