Are you a fan of pop culture, cosplay, gaming, comics, or movies? Do you want to actively contribute to the biggest Comic Con event in the Netherlands and experience the magic up close? Then this is your chance! Volunteer sign-ups for Heroes Dutch Comic Con Winter Edition 2025 are now open.
What does a volunteer do?
As a volunteer, you play a vital role behind the scenes. You’ll be helping with tasks such as:
- Guiding visitors, cosplayers, and guests.
- Assisting at booths, signing sessions, or the Main Stage.
- Providing information at info points.
- Managing crowd flow at the entrance and event halls.
- And much more, based on your interests!.
What do you get in return?
As a volunteer at HDCC, you’ll receive:
- Free access to the event on your working day(s). If you work one day, you may visit the other day for free.
- An exclusive HDCC volunteer T-shirt.

Who are we looking for?
✅ You are 18 years or older
✅ You’re available on November 22 and/or 23, 2025
✅ You’re social, enthusiastic, and able to stay calm under pressure
✅ You’re interested in pop culture, events, or just looking to try something new
Experience is a plus but definitely not required!
