The number One is coming to Heroes Dutch Comic Con! As Heroes Dutch Comic Con is slowly approaching again for a marvellous summer edition, we are thrilled to announce our very first Special Guest. You might know him from one of his famous roles as Vecna in Stranger Things: Jamie Campbell Bower! We are happy to welcome Jamie to HDCC and offer you the chance to get to know him, ask questions, take selfies or get a photograph.
Career highlights: movies and shows
Jamie Campbell Bower is a true performer. He has played some amazing roles in famous shows and movies. He gained a lot of recognition from his role as Vecna, also known as One (001) and Henry Creel, in the show Stranger Things.
Jamie’s career, however, goes far beyond Stranger Things. He portrayed Caius, one of the leaders of the Volturi, in The Twilight Saga and gained early recognition for his role as Anthony Hope in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. He has also appeared in major productions such as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, and The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones.
Music: Counterfeit and solo career
Besides an actor, Jamie Campbell Bower is also famously known as the lead singer of the band Counterfeit. In recent years he has been releasing solo music, his most popular songs including “Run on”, “Paralysed” and “I Am”.
