The Gaming Area is an essential part of Heroes Dutch Comic Con. Every edition, we go all out to organize an amazing weekend for you. From beginner to advanced gamers, and from arcade cabinets to board games, there’s something for everyone! With a packed schedule of challenges and tournaments, there are exciting activities for all. Whether you’re competing or cheering from the sidelines, you’ll have a blast in the Gaming Area!

The Gaming Stage is the place to be. Here, you’ll find the coolest tournament finals, unique Q&A sessions with Matthew Sussman and Ted Lewis, and much more!
Traditionally, there are plenty of challenging tournaments to join. Choose your favorite Nintendo character and fight in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (1v1), form your own Agents team for a battle in Valorant (5v5), or gather your friends to compete in League of Legends (5v5). To participate in the tournaments, you need to purchase a ticket. Tickets cost €8 and are available in the organization’s webshop. This only applies to official tournaments. All other activities are free for visitors.
Meet Voice Actors from Pokémon!
At the Elite Gamestore stand, voice actors Ted Lewis and Matthew Sussman will be present! These industry veterans are known for their work in various games and anime, including the Pokémon franchise. As a fan, you’ll have the chance to get an autograph, take a selfie, or ask them questions during the Q&A on the Gaming Stage.
Take a seat at one of the Dungeons & Dragons tables and let your imagination run wild. In this fantasy role-playing game, you and your fellow players create an engaging story filled with tough choices. Anyone looking to brush up on their Dungeons & Dragons knowledge can join one of the many workshops by Dobbelgangers. You’ll gain all the wisdom needed for your next adventure!
There’s so much more to experience in the Gaming Hall during Heroes Dutch Comic Con. Try to escape from the National Police escape room, take a League of Legends-style photo at the mCon esports stand, or simply enjoy a game at one of the many arcade cabinets in the Free2Play area.
