We have an important update regarding our Resident Evil: Requiem guest lineup. Unfortunately, due to a change in schedule, Angela Sant’Albano is no longer able to attend Heroes Gaming and has therefore cancelled her appearance as a Special Guest.
We understand that many fans were looking forward to meeting Angela, and so were we. While we’re disappointed she can no longer join us, we completely respect her scheduling commitments and wish her all the best.
What does this mean for ticket holders?
Photobooth with Angela Sant’Albano
Visitors who purchased an Angela Sant’Albano Photobooth ticket will automatically be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
Resident Evil: Requiem Trio Meet & Greet
Visitors who purchased a Trio Meet & Greet ticket will have two options:
- Keep their ticket and receive a partial refund based on the new ticket price.
- Request a full refund and cancel their ticket.
Resident Evil: Requiem Trio Photobooth
Visitors who purchased a Trio Photobooth ticket will also have two options:
- Keep their ticket and receive a partial refund based on the new ticket price.
- Request a full refund and cancel their ticket.
All affected ticket holders will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions on how to submit their preferred option.
