During Heroes Dutch Comic Con you can hand in your portfolio in the Comics Area to Lysa Hawkins, Editor of Valiant Comics. Each portfolio will be reviewed by Lysa Hawkins and she will make a selection. If you are chosen, you can meet Lysa in person and show her your comic art skills!

In 1996 Dutch comic artist Romano Molenaar showed his portfolio to an American publisher during a portfolio review. Thanks to this he had his break though and started as comic artists at the bigger publishers. He worked for DC Comics, Marvel Comics and others.

Lysa will be present both days on Heroes Dutch Comic Con where comic artists can hand in their portfolio.
