Join the HDCC ThuisPubQuiz and win great prizes including a Motorola!

Looking forward to an fun pub quiz night? Together with ThuisPubQuiz we created a great online pub quiz in Heroes Dutch Comic Con theme! This Saturday; May 23th, the Heroes Dutch Comic Con ThuisPubQuiz will be online with questions about superheroes, games, movies, series, comics and more! This is the chance to gather with your friends or family and test your knowledge together. It is also a perfect opportunity to refresh your memory for the anniversary edition. (Please note: the pubquiz is in Dutch)

The Heroes Dutch Comic Con ThuisPubQuiz is completely quarantine proof: it doesn’t matter if your friends or family live in Utrecht, Amsterdam or Eindhoven. You don’t have to meet up together to play this pub quiz! Through online video apps like Zoom, Google Meets and Teams you can play the quiz from a distance against each other.

The pub quiz consists of 6 different rounds with 10 questions in each round. Challenge your friends and show them that you are ‘The king or queen of geekiness‘!

Participating is very easy!

– Challenge your friends or family to participate.

– Make sure everyone is available at the same time (between Saturday evening, May 23 and Sunday evening, May 31) on an online video platform, for example Zoom.

– Turn on the HDCC ThuisPubQuiz via Spotify, the ThuisPubQuiz website or your favourite podcast app.

– Share the audio with your opponents and compete with each other!

Saturday afternoon, May 23, a news item will follow with further explanation on how you can easily participate will be posted.

If you participate, you can win the following great prizes:

You can win these prizes by taking a fun, creative picture of how you all spend the evening (online) with your friends during the pub quiz (e.g. in your best cosplay outfit). Make sure to share this photo and tag @dutchcomiccon and @thuispubquiz on your Facebook or Instagram feed. You can participate in the pub quiz and send in your photo from Saturday evening 23 May until Sunday evening 31 May, 23.59 pm.

James and Oliver Phelps, known for their roles as Fred and George Weasley in the Harry Potter film series, are coming to Heroes Dutch Comic Con! The twins will attend as special guests during the event’s exclusive preview night, which takes place on Friday night (21 June). A unique experience will be organised especially for a select group of Heroes Dutch Comic Con fans on this extra night. Visitors can have their picture taken with James and Oliver Phelps, have their merchandise signed or ask them questions during the panel on the Main Stage.
