Two fanclubs that are joining our Fan Village are The Dutch Garrison and Your Wishes. The Dutch Garrison specialises in Star Wars Cosplay and Your Wishes in fantasy wheelchairs.
The Dutch Garrison
The Star Wars inspired group is not unfamilair with Heroes Dutch Comic Con. In every edition you could see the Storm Trooper walking around the convention. Dutch Garrison is the Dutch branch of the global Star Wars costume society “the 501st Legion”. With their “real” Star Wars costumes, they promote various charities and raise donations to support them.
Dutch Garrison will be present together with sister societies Rebel Legion and Mandalorian Mercs. With more than 50 cosplayers, you will encounter a diverse range of characters from the Star Wars Universe.
Your Wishes
To Harry Potter, Game of Thrones or Star Wars Your Wishes has every theme as unique fantasy wheelchair design. The owner Patricia Bénard has this to say “What started as building a prop became a serious item. I redesign old wheelchairs into Fantasy Wheelchair with used materials. With backdrops and props, people can take a selfie or be photographed. This Unique in the Netherlands!”
