During the upcoming summer edition of Heroes Dutch Comic Con, on June 24 and 25, Marvel’s Stormbreakers will simultaneously take the stage for a live drawing session. The end result of this one-of-a-kind work of art will be auctioned and the entire proceeds will go to War Child.

Heroes Dutch Comic Con joins Marvel in action for War Child. Together they have the dream that all children can live the way they want. Free to play, grow and be free. Donations are desperately needed to contribute to this. That is why the largest comic con in the Netherlands is organizing an auction in collaboration with none other than Marvel’s Stormbreakers, 8 super talented artists from Marvel Comics.

Auction

During a special live session, the 8 Marvel Stormbreakers will appear on stage together to create a one-of-a-kind work of art. The end result is then auctioned by an auctioneer on the same stage. The entire proceeds go to War Child. This all will be happening at the 25th of june on Sunday. The Stormbreakers will gather at 12 PM at the Main Stage where the Jam drawing will be happening.

Marvel’s Stormbreakers

The Marvel’s Stormbreakers program spotlights the best emerging artists in the comics industry. The artists who will be present at the convention are Elena Casagrande, Nic Klein, Jan Bazaldúa, Chris Allen, Martin Coccolo, Lucas Werneck, C.F. Villa and Federico Vicentini. Working on some of the world’s most famous Marvel Comics comics and characters, these talented artists will be participating in panels and can also be found at their tables in the Comics Area, where they will meet and greet Marvel Comics fans, and visitors will see art obtain work from them. There is a special Marvel’s Stormbreakers kiosk especially for comics enthusiasts, where they receive an exclusive free goodie with a purchase.

War Child & Heroes Dutch Comic Con

Both organizations take action to help children from war zones to grow up as pleasantly, safely and freely as possible. Unfortunately, some 230 million children grow up in conflict areas and therefore live in fear and uncertainty. War Child creates safe places for children in war, where they can play and learn. Through sports and play activities, the organization helps these children to give their traumatic experiences a place, so that they can build a future again. The summer edition of Heroes Dutch Comic Con features the charity with the ‘War Child Safe Space’. Here visitors can experience how the charity works. In addition to the auction, prizes are also given away to visitors who donate.
