Have you written a book that you think deserves a few more readers? Good news! During the upcoming winter edition of Heroes Dutch Comic Con, we’re making room for aspiring authors who want to introduce their work to a big audience.
And when we say big, we mean big. Around 60,000 visitors attend Heroes Dutch Comic Con, all with a love for comics, games, movies, fantasy worlds and, most importantly, great stories. Sounds like a pretty good place to put your own book in the spotlight, if you ask us.
We’re opening up five spots especially for aspiring authors. You’ll be able to showcase and sell your book, but more importantly, actually talk to visitors about what you’ve created. Because somewhere among those thousands of people, there’s bound to be someone who would love your story. They just don’t know it yet.
That’s also what makes Heroes Dutch Comic Con such a great place to introduce your book. You don’t have to wait for someone to randomly stumble across it in a store – you’ll be standing right there next to it. Tell visitors where the idea came from, introduce them to your characters or maybe even bounce around some ideas for your next story. As an aspiring author, you don’t get the chance to put your work in front of this many different people every day.
