As Director of Talent Relations and talent scout at Marvel Comics for ten years, Rickey Purdin has been at the forefront of onboarding and cultivating new artistic talent at the House of Ideas. Prior to Marvel, he was in Editorial at DC Comics on titles such as Superman, Batman and Multiversity. Rickey began his career in comics on staff at Wizard Magazine, where his role as Entertainment Editor covered television and film for the fan-favorite publication.-

Kevin Maguire is a comic book artist most known for his 80s run on Justice League International. His creator owned projects have included Strikeback, Trinity Angels, and Tanga. Currently, he’s still doing a variety of comics stuff.-

JERMAINE MCLAUGHLIN
Jermaine has spent over 20 years in the comic book industry. He started with a decade at DC Comics, where he worked closely with industry legends and had a front-row seat to major events like Infinite Crisis, The Return of Red Hood, Flashpoint, and the birth of The New 52. Beyond DC, he has written for Syfy Wire and The Beat, and his work is featured in the Marvel Comics Library series from Taschen, including The Avengers, The Amazing Spider-Man, and The Fantastic Four collections. Jermaine made a splash last year authoring “The Official Spider-man cookbook”, which served as a culinary tour of some of the Spider family’s favorite foods. He’s returning to Heroes Dutch Comicon this year with “Superman: The Official Cookbook: recipes from Smallville to the Hall of Justice and Beyond”, where our guide around the DC Universe will be none other than the Mom of Steel herself, Martha Kent.-

TOM GRUMMETT
Tom has enjoyed a career of over thirty years in comics. He has illustrated comics custom comics for Marvel and DC serving commercial clients, and along with long-time collaborator Karl Kesel, illustrates the creator owned series Section Zero. He was honored in 2015 as a recipient of an Inkpot Award for achievement in the comic arts, and has been inducted into the Joe Shuster Awards Hall of Fame.-

MEGAN HOLLINGSHEAD
Megan Hollingshead, also known as Karen Thompson or Kelli Kassidi[3] is an American voice actress, best known for her roles as Nurse Joy in Pokémon, Mai Valentine in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Shizune in Naruto, Caster in Fate/stay night, Rangiku Matsumoto in Bleach, and Re-l Mayer in Ergo Proxy.
Best known for her anime dubbing work, Megan’s most famous roles include Nurse Joy, Cassidy in the first 6 seasons of the Pokémon anime series and Mai Valentine in the first 3 seasons of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters. She also lent her voice to the Enix role-playing game series Valkyrie Profile as Lenneth. During the start of Pokémon’s 7th season, she left New York City to relocate to her new residence in Los Angeles, and continue her voice acting career, voicing characters such as Shizune in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, Rangiku Matsumoto and Nemu Kurotsuchi in Bleach, Hilda in Eureka Seven, Villetta Nu in the Code Geass series, and Re-l Mayer in Ergo Proxy.
Megan’s theatre résumé is as extensive, if less so, with roles in performances of The Duchess of Malfi, Baptizing Adam, Spacegrrrls, and Vinegar Tom, to name but a few. Megan studied acting at the William Esper Studio, and is a founding member of the Adirondack Theatre Festival.
