Harry Potter actor Stanislav Yanevski to appear as a guest during Heroes Dutch Comic Con


Heroes Dutch Comic Con confirms Bulgarian actor Stanislav Yanevski as a Special Guest for its summer edition in June. Yanevski is best known for his role as Viktor Krum in ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’. Previously, David Tennant, Cobie Smulders, Misha Collins, James and Oliver Phelps and The Hillywood Show were also announced as special guests for the event at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht.

Stanislav Yanevski is a Bulgarian actor and producer. Yanevski is best known for his role as Viktor Krum in
‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’, the fourth instalment in the Harry Potter film series. The film follows Harry Potter during his fourth year at Hogwarts and his participation in the Triwizard Tournament. During the tournament, he encounters Viktor Krum, played by Yanevski, as his opponent. The film marked his debut as an actor.

After the success of ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’, the Bulgarian starred as Miroslav in the horror film
‘Hostel: Part II’, which is set in a Slovakian hostel. In 2011, he featured in the war film ‘Resistance’ with
Michael Sheen. ‘Resistance’ tells the story of a group of women in an isolated Welsh village wake up to
discover all of the their husbands have mysteriously vanished. The film received multiple award nominations at the BAFTAs in Wales. 

Stanislav Yanevski will be present on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 June during Heroes Dutch Comic Con at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Visitors can have their photo taken with the actor, get an autograph and ask him questions during the Q&As on the main stage.
