Measures for Visitors

During the press conference on June 24th. the Dutch government has given green light to organize meetings with more than 100 people, provided that the established COVID-19 measures are met. We are happy to welcome you again. We have taken the necessary measures in various ways to ensure this proceeds safely. 

Prior to your visit

Before your visit, we take  the following measures into account:

Stay home if you feel ill

As much as we want to see you at our events, we kindly ask you to respect everyone’s health and safety. If you feel at all ill – including mild cold symptoms or a high temperature – please stay at home.

Online ticket sale

Please purchase your ticket(s) online before the event, as this will not be possible onsite. You can either print out your ticket, which has a barcode, or bring it on your mobile device. You will then be able to scan the barcode at one of our (touchless) scanning stations.

During your visit

During your visit we will observe the following measures:

Social distancing

We kindly request that you maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres from other people.

Avoid physical contact

We are implementing a strict no contact policy. So please avoid handshakes with everyone, including exhibitors.

Crowd density standards

To ensure appropriate physical distancing during our events we will control the number of people present in the event halls at all times, in accordance with local guidance.

Desinfection protocol

All surfaces in the venue are treated with disinfectants. The most frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected at regular intervals. The used spraying technology ensures the highest standards of hygiene.

Hand hygiene

Hand sanitiser stations will be available everywhere in the halls and in common areas. Please make use of them regularly during the day!

Cashless payment

To protect your health and safety, we ask you to pay cashless
during the event.

Directional walkways

On paths where there is enough room for people to walk in both directions, please keep to your side as indicated by the directional arrows.
